• Filing - The primary interface to control the workflow and archiving of documents within the system.
• Search: A complete electronic document searching.
• Batch - Where the Bookkeeper aggregates and controls the automatic upload of transactional documents such as bills, expense reports and time reports directly into the accounting applications.
• Sync - Controls the importing of database records and names into QCDocs to ensure that the documents correspond to their respective transactional records.
• Control - Where you can verify the accuracy of the transactional information in your accounting application to the corresponding and related documents within QCDocs.
• Reports - This area allows users to access system reports such as user activity and document volumes and transactional records.
• Online - Launches QCDocs’ integrated messaging and presence awareness tools.
• Governance - Manages the setup of the connected QCDocs Portal and user access additions, edits, privilege settings and authorization controls and settings.
• Setup - This area manages the Network configuration settings, QCDocs filing structure and privileges and connectivity with your accounting applications.

QCDocs Tools are features that do not correspond to the main funcational workflow of the application in the manner of the Tool Bar Buttons but are important features for optimizing and managing the QCDocs System.

• Tag Management - Create new tags and to enable tags that are imported from the accounting application such as customers or chart of account items.



• Name Change - Used to replace the name of vendors, customers and employees.



• Name Management - Where you add in the details for names added directly through QCDocs.



• Task Folders - Control the folder directories of the Portal Task Management System.



• Printer Driver Config - Controls what file format you want the QCDocs printer driver to save printed documents in (either jpg or gif).



• Page Print Adjust - Controls how pages are printed for cheque printing.



• Signature Adjust - Controls the placement of the signatures for cheque printing.



• Files in Progress - Controls access to the distributed filing system in the Portal which allows users of QCDocs to share any document type within the organization. These documents are typically non-back office documents and/or are still being edited.



• Check In/Out - This feature allows remote users of the accounting application to control the remote sharing of the database while ensuring the master version is properly controlled.



• Corporate Numbers - A corporate phone list.



• Connection Speed Test - This allows you to check your internet speed.

The windows menu displays keyboard shortcuts to open most commonly used interfaces.

Under the file menu are shortcuts to the Portal.
