Names Management

Names management is where you add in the details for names added directly through QCDocs as opposed to imported names from that accounting application. New names for Vendors created in QCDocs will be uploaded into the Accounting Application using Batch. Names Management can be accessed through the tools menu.

Vendors

  1. Enter a new name and select Add.
  2. Select the new name in Existing Names.
  3. Fill in necessary details. (E.g. Address, budget code amounts)
  4. Press Update to save any changes.
  5. To delete a name, select the name and press Delete.

Checklist

How to Add Checklists:
  1. Enter a new checklist name and select Add.
  2. Select the new checklist in the existing checklist drown down menu.
  3. Enter a task and select Add.

  4. You can press the up and down arrows to move tasks up and down.
  5. Press Update to save any changes.
  6. To delete a task. Select the task and select Delete.
