QCDocs currently has certain reporting capabilities within the Desktop principally related to system user and document storage reporting. Reports can be accessed through the menu.

The Corporate General report shows the key statistics of the system such as number of users, document breakdowns by document type, and the storage volume of your documents.

The user activity report shows the system utilization statistics for each user which can be used to monitor work load.

The document activity report shows the volume of documents within the system over specified periods of time for work load management.
