General Search
The Search function is quite intuitive and very fast. You can quickly search every single document in your entire system then use column header sorting to find what you’re looking for. Alternatively, you can use the attribute selections to refine your search.

Refined Search
In this example, a more refined search has been used by using a part of the name as well as the document type of expense report to filter out all documents except expense reports from Nick Bell. Partial spellings and key words can be used in the Name field to quickly identify all documents that contain that string of letters for fast identification and refinement of your search.

Column Sort
In this example, the user has clicked on the Amount column to sort from highest to lowest (clicking again will sort from lowest to highest, etc.). This is an extremely useful tool for finding documents based on an column attribute.
