Tag Management

To make tags available to Portal and Desktop users you need to use the Tag Management tool to create new tags and to enable tags that are imported from the accounting application such as customers or chart of account items. Tag Management can be accessed through the Tools menu.

  1. Select the Accounting or Customers folder.

  2. Select the tag you would like to enable in the drop down menu.


  3. Select Add.

  1. Select the folder where you would like to add the tag.


  2. Enter the tag name.

  3. Select Add.

Double click on a tag to edit it. Click off the tag or press Enter to save any changes.
