The Corporate Calendar is a tool that can be used to display corporate events, employee time offs, and task due dates.

Calendar

Month View contains 5 filters. More A plus icon is displayed beside a date if there are more than 3 events, time offs or tasks due occuring on that day. Select the date and enter day view to see everything occuring for that day.

  1. Counters - Displays how many tasks and events are occuring. Time record number displays how many employees have entered their time. Time Off number displays how many employees have that day off.
  2. Time Off - Displays an employee's name if they are off. Blue signifies that the time off request has been approved. Yellow signifies that the time off request is still pending an approval.
  3. Events - Displays events occuring.
  4. Tasks - Displays task due dates.
  5. Time Records - Displays employees' names and the total hours they have entered in Time Tracker.

Calendar

  1. The top section of Day View displays the events occuring for that day.
  2. If any employees are off, this will be displayed as an event in the All Day row.
  3. The center section displays the tasks due for that day.
  4. The last section displays information of what employees have entered into their Time Tracker for that day.

Calendar

Add/Edit Events can be accessed through Day View. Enter the event title, location, time and description in the New Event form and select Add Event. You can edit events by select Edit in the grid.
