The Files in Progress System offers companies a secure, online method of storing and accessing important files. Like with Windows Explorer, users can click through folders to find files. Once a folder is selected, files appear on the right side. Users can view files or upload additional files to each folder. Creation and management of folders is done through QCDocs Desktop. A desktop version is also available for use.

1. Select View to access a file.
2. The file information will be displayed: Name, size, modified by, and comments.
3. The file history will display every version of the file that has been uploaded.
4. Select Browse and Upload to upload a new version.
