QCDocs’ Document History provides a listing of every accounting process you initiated, its history and its current status. From this screen you can view the actual document by clicking the View button, or view every step through its workflow by clicking the History button.
Every document in the system is constantly tracked and any changes to it are included in its History. Some standard changes include a document being created, updated, approved, or paid (if it’s a bill).
This document history is available in most of the document lists in the Portal. It can be accessed by pressing the History button.
