Your company's homepage consists of 4 sections: Company Information, Daily Counters, Employee List, and Announcements.

Company

Your company's logo, address, telephone, and fax number are displayed. This information is set up and edited through the Desktop Application. How to Set Up Corporate Information

Below the company information you will find the daily counters. The number of tasks you have due that day will be shown. Clicking on the number will take you directly to the Task Manager. The number of events occuring that day is also shown. Clicking on the number will take you to the Day Calendar.

Employees

The icons indicate different online status:
Users online with the Desktop Application
Users online with the Portal
Idle Desktop users, this user has been inactive for 1 hour or longer
Offline users

What Am I Doing or WAID is an editable notice of what that user is doing at the moment. For example, "I am away for lunch" or "I am busy at the moment, please call me back after 2pm".

Click on the edit button edit to edit your WAID. If you have On Behalf Of permission, you will be able to edit all employees WAID.

Hover over the info info icon to view that employee's contact information. You can edit your contact information through Personal Settings.

Annoucement

Users can post important announcements and messages through the Announcement board. The Log Time indicates what day and time the message was posted.
