Documents are core to every accounting process, from purchasing a widget or selling a product to paying a vendor. Traditionally, these documents have been paper-based, making the processes surrounding them very slow.

QCDocs uses Tags to further define documents. Tags are widely used within QCDocs, includingin Expense Reports, Time Tracker, Purchase Orders and other areas. For example, an Expense Report can be linked to a tag, such as a client, project, or budget. Once linked, managers can utilize these tags to search for and track the documents in the system.
